How to use the Send Files

Add the files, or create a ZIP with Images to ZIP and select “Send this ZIP by email”.
Enter up to 3 recipient emails, your own email and an optional message.
The first time, type the 6-digit code we email you. Then the upload starts; keep the page open until it finishes.

About this tool

Email providers reject attachments over about 20–25 MB. Send Files uploads your files once and emails a link instead, so the size of the files no longer matters to the recipient’s inbox.

Files go straight from your browser to encrypted storage; Toolora’s server never handles the file contents. Download links are signed and short-lived, and everything is deleted automatically after 7 days. Recipients see your email address so they know who sent the files.

Known limitations

Up to 2 GB per transfer and 3 recipients. For more, split the files into several transfers.
Files are deleted after 7 days and cannot be recovered.
Unlike the other tools, files ARE uploaded: they are stored on Cloudflare R2 servers until they expire.
Programs and scripts (.exe, .apk, .bat, .js…) cannot be sent, because they are commonly used to spread malware.
To keep the service free, there is a daily limit on emails and a total storage limit. If either is reached, you will be asked to try again later.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?

Yes, with fair limits: 2 GB per transfer, 3 recipients and a few transfers per day. There is no paid plan and no account.

Why do I need to confirm my email?

So nobody can send files in your name, and so the service is not used for spam. On the same device you are only asked again after 30 days.

Can Toolora see my files?

Files are stored privately and are only reachable through the download link. Toolora does not look at transfers, except to remove them after an abuse report.

The recipient did not get the email. What can I do?

Ask them to check spam or promotions. You also received the download link in your confirmation email and on the success screen: you can copy it and send it yourself.
